Morning Voice is an alarm that opens a microphone. This page says what happens to what you say, in the order it happens. Morning Voice is made by Samosfi Studio (Can Ayan), Dublin, Ireland, who is responsible for the data described here. Write to info@kalibrefin.com about anything on this page.

Your recording

The audio is stored on your iPhone, in the app's own protected storage. It is never uploaded to us. Like everything else on your iPhone, it is included in your iCloud or computer backup if you use one. You can have it deleted automatically once it has been written down (Settings → "Delete audio once transcribed"), delete any morning from the journal, or delete everything at once.

Turning it into words

Speech recognition runs on your iPhone, with Apple's on-device models, for every language your iPhone has one for: on recent iPhones that means English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Otherwise, as for Turkish today, the audio is sent to Apple's speech recognition service and returned as text, under Apple's privacy policy. In neither case does the audio reach us.

Writing the page

Only if you allow it (the "Allow Gemini" choice when you start, or Settings → "Write my pages with Gemini"), the text of what you said, its language, the date and time it was recorded, and whether the alarm started it are sent to our server (a Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded to Google's Gemini API, a third-party AI, which writes the day's page, the week's story and the month's reading.

• Our server does not store the text or the page. Cloudflare, which runs it, may keep technical request data such as IP addresses for a short time; our own logs record only errors and never your words.
• We use Gemini as a paid service. Under Google's Gemini API terms, Google does not use what we send to improve its products or to train its models, and keeps prompts and responses for a limited period only to detect and prevent abuse. See also Google's privacy policy.
• If you do not allow it, nothing about your mornings reaches us or Google.

Quick notes

A quick note (an idea, a dream, something to do) is recorded the same way: the audio stays on your iPhone and is turned into words as described above.

• If you allowed Gemini, the text of the note and the time it was recorded are sent through our server to Google's Gemini, under the same terms, to give it a title, a kind and a few tags. When you choose "Sort them out", up to sixty notes are sent together for the same purpose.
• If you did not, and your iPhone has Apple Intelligence, the note is tidied on your iPhone by Apple's on-device model, and nothing about it leaves the phone.
• Notes are never shared with friends.

The quota identifier

To keep the service within its budget, the app sends a random identifier kept in the app's keychain. It survives reinstalling the app and moves to a new iPhone with an encrypted backup. It is not linked to your name, your Apple account or your Friends account, and it is used only to count how many pages an installation asks for in a day.

Our server also counts requests per network (IP) address, so that no single source can use up everyone's daily allowance. The address is kept with its count in Cloudflare's storage for at most two days and used for nothing else.

Friends (optional)

Friends only exists if you sign in with Apple. Then we store, on Supabase, a hosted database:

• the identifier Apple gives us for you, the handle and name you choose, and your emoji;
• for each morning you choose to share: one emoji, one short line and that morning's mood score (1 to 10, shown to friends as a colour);
• the emoji friends send back, your friendships, the people you have blocked, and any reports you file;
• if you make an invite link, a random token tied to your profile: whoever opens the link in the app becomes your friend.

The line shared with friends is written to give nothing away, and friends see only the last eight days. The recording, the transcript and the full page are never on this database. Sharing is off until you turn it on, and turning it off takes every line you shared down. You can delete the account from Friends → Account or from Settings; that deletes everything above immediately, and we ask Apple to revoke Morning Voice's Sign in with Apple access, with two exceptions. Reports are kept for moderation with the handle and line they concern, no longer linked to any account. And the sign-in record itself (the identifier Apple gave us, and your email address if Apple shared one) stays in our sign-in service, because other Samosfi Studio apps may use the same sign-in; write to info@kalibrefin.com and we will remove it too.

Sharing a morning

"Share this morning" draws an image on your iPhone from the emoji and the line written for friends, and hands it, with your invite link if you have one, to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent to us. Where it goes is your choice, and the privacy policy of the app you send it with applies there.

Subscriptions

Premium is bought through Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether the subscription is active, and nothing else.

What we do not do

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no selling or sharing of data with anyone not named on this page. The app asks only for the permissions it needs: microphone, speech recognition, alarms, and notifications.

Why we may process it, and your rights

• Writing your pages: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
• Friends and Premium: to provide what you asked for.
• The quota identifier, the per-address count and error logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the service working, affordable and free of abuse.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by writing to info@kalibrefin.com. Most of it you can delete yourself, at once, in the app. Cloudflare, Google and Supabase may process data outside the European Economic Area under their data processing terms, which include the EU's standard contractual clauses. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or the authority where you live.

Age

Morning Voice is for adults, 18 and over. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Yazıya dökme

Konuşma tanıma, iPhone'unda cihaz içi modeli olan her dil için Apple'ın cihaz içi modelleriyle iPhone'unda çalışır: yeni iPhone'larda bunlar İngilizce, Almanca, Fransızca, İspanyolca ve İtalyanca. Aksi hâlde, bugün Türkçede olduğu gibi, ses Apple'ın konuşma tanıma servisine gönderilir ve metin olarak döner; bu, Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. İki durumda da ses bize ulaşmaz.

Sayfanın yazılması

Yalnızca izin verirsen (başlarken "Gemini'ye izin ver" seçeneği ya da Ayarlar → "Sayfalarımı Gemini yazsın"), söylediklerinin metni, dili, kaydın tarihi ve saati ve alarmla başlayıp başlamadığı sunucumuza (bir Cloudflare Worker) gönderilir ve üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ olan Google'ın Gemini API'sine iletilir; günün sayfasını, haftanın öyküsünü ve ayın değerlendirmesini o yazar.

• Sunucumuz metni ya da sayfayı saklamaz. Onu çalıştıran Cloudflare, IP adresi gibi teknik istek bilgilerini kısa bir süre tutabilir; bizim kayıtlarımız yalnızca hataları içerir, sözlerini asla.
• Gemini'yi ücretli bir hizmet olarak kullanırız. Google'ın Gemini API koşullarına göre Google gönderdiklerimizi ürünlerini geliştirmek ya da modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz; istekleri ve yanıtları yalnızca kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek ve önlemek için sınırlı bir süre tutar. Hızlı notlar

Hızlı bir not (bir fikir, bir rüya, yapılacak bir iş) aynı şekilde kaydedilir: ses iPhone'unda kalır ve yukarıda anlatıldığı gibi yazıya dökülür.

• Gemini'ye izin verdiysen notun metni ve kaydedildiği saat, aynı koşullarla, bir başlık, tür ve birkaç etiket yazılması için sunucumuz üzerinden Google'ın Gemini'sine gönderilir. "Toparla"yı seçtiğinde en çok altmış not aynı amaçla birlikte gönderilir.
• İzin vermediysen ve iPhone'unda Apple Intelligence varsa not, Apple'ın cihaz içi modeliyle iPhone'unda toparlanır; nota dair hiçbir şey telefondan çıkmaz.
• Notlar arkadaşlarla asla paylaşılmaz.

Kota tanımlayıcısı

Servisi bütçesi içinde tutmak için uygulama, anahtarlığında saklanan rastgele bir tanımlayıcı gönderir. Bu tanımlayıcı uygulamayı yeniden kurunca da kalır ve şifreli bir yedekle yeni iPhone'a taşınır. Adına, Apple hesabına ya da Arkadaşlar hesabına bağlı değildir; yalnızca bir kurulumun günde kaç sayfa istediğini saymak için kullanılır.

Sunucumuz ayrıca istekleri ağ (IP) adresine göre sayar; böylece tek bir kaynak herkesin günlük hakkını tüketemez. Adres, sayısıyla birlikte Cloudflare'in depolama alanında en çok iki gün tutulur ve başka hiçbir şey için kullanılmaz.

Arkadaşlar (isteğe bağlı)

Arkadaşlar yalnızca Apple ile giriş yaparsan vardır. O zaman barındırılan bir veritabanında (Supabase) şunları saklarız:

• Apple'ın senin için bize verdiği tanımlayıcı, seçtiğin kullanıcı adı ve isim, emojin;
• paylaşmayı seçtiğin her sabah için tek bir emoji, kısa bir satır ve o sabahın ruh hâli puanı (1 ile 10 arası, arkadaşlarına renk olarak görünür);
• arkadaşlarının geri gönderdiği emojiler, arkadaşlıkların, engellediğin kişiler ve yaptığın şikâyetler;
• bir davet linki oluşturursan profiline bağlı rastgele bir anahtar: linki uygulamada açan kişi arkadaşın olur.

Arkadaşlarla paylaşılan satır hiçbir şey ele vermeyecek biçimde yazılır ve arkadaşların yalnızca son sekiz günü görür. Kayıt, metin ve tam sayfa bu veritabanında asla bulunmaz. Paylaşım sen açana kadar kapalıdır; kapatmak paylaştığın bütün satırları kaldırır. Hesabı Arkadaşlar → Hesap'tan ya da Ayarlar'dan silebilirsin; bu, yukarıdakilerin tümünü hemen siler ve Apple'dan Morning Voice'un Apple ile Giriş erişimini iptal etmesini isteriz. İki istisna var. Şikâyetler, ilgili kullanıcı adı ve satırla birlikte, artık hiçbir hesaba bağlı olmadan denetim için saklanır. Giriş kaydının kendisi (Apple'ın bize verdiği tanımlayıcı ve Apple paylaştıysa e-posta adresin) giriş servisimizde kalır, çünkü Samosfi Studio'nun başka uygulamaları da aynı girişi kullanıyor olabilir; info@kalibrefin.com adresine yazarsan onu da sileriz.

Bir sabahı paylaşmak

"Bu sabahı paylaş", arkadaşlar için yazılmış emoji ve satırdan iPhone'unda bir görsel çizer ve onu, varsa davet linkinle birlikte iOS paylaşım ekranına verir. Bize hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Nereye gideceği senin seçimindir; orada, gönderdiğin uygulamanın gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

Abonelikler

Premium, Apple üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme bilgilerini asla görmeyiz. Apple uygulamaya yalnızca aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını söyler.

Yapmadıklarımız

Analitik yok, reklam yok, izleme yok; bu sayfada adı geçmeyen kimseyle veri satışı ya da paylaşımı yok. Uygulama yalnızca ihtiyaç duyduğu izinleri ister: mikrofon, konuşma tanıma, alarmlar ve bildirimler.

Hakkında tuttuklarımızı görmek, düzeltmek ya da sildirmek, ya da kullanımına itiraz etmek için info@kalibrefin.com adresine yaz. Çoğunu uygulamada kendin, hemen silebilirsin. Cloudflare, Google ve Supabase verileri Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışında, AB'nin standart sözleşme maddelerini içeren veri işleme koşulları altında işleyebilir. Verilerinin yanlış işlendiğini düşünürsen İrlanda Veri Koruma Komisyonu'na ya da yaşadığın ülkenin yetkili kurumuna başvurabilirsin.

Yaş

Morning Voice 18 yaş ve üstü yetişkinler içindir. 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek hiçbir şey toplamayız.
