Mavera is run by Can Ayan — designer, builder, lone operator. The studio came out of years inside markets: equities research, FX, and the kind of work that respects market structure rather than market hype. The output now spans three streams that share a single instinct.
Quant & behavioural researchturns institutional-grade methods into transparent tools. The current line of work is behavioural finance — the bias and discipline models behind Samosfi and TraderMind, grounded in Kahneman, Shefrin & Statman, and Barber & Odean.
Financial products take the same rigor and put it in front of users. Samosfi is a live behavioural-finance terminal that helps crypto traders name a bias before they click — signals out, discipline in. Ostinato is a regulated music-IPO platform letting fans own and earn from the records they love.
iOS apps are the smallest unit of the practice — apps that replace a habit rather than extend a category. Each one is built around a single job, one screen, one tap, and ships when that job is honest.
The work is calm, slow, and uninterested in attention markets. Some weeks are shipping weeks. Most are sitting-with-it weeks.
