A fitness & wellness studio, sport first. Tools to read your game, sharpen your training, and start the day calmer. No content feeds, no growth loops, no attention farming — just quiet, rigorous craft for becoming.
Sport.
Train the decisions that win a point: a swing reviewed frame by frame, a wall that counts, and thirty tactics lessons. Tennis IQ, not just mechanics.
Training.
A plan that knows every sport you do, coach-written programs to follow, and an AI that watches every rep and adds the weight.
Wellness.
Ten living traditions, one practice a day; a place to say what you want to happen; and an alarm that turns the first minute you are awake into a page.
The work.
An excellence journey, made with creativity.
Lived before it's built.
Every app starts as something I personally do — train, play, wake up. The expertise is lived, not researched. If I can't tell you why I needed it myself, it doesn't get built.
Tested by people who'd use it.
Before any line of code, the idea passes through a small network — athletes, coaches, club players, friends. Their honest read shapes scope, language, and whether the work should even exist.
Creativity, then excellence.
Typography, copy, motion, decision-architecture — every detail is a craft choice. The job isn't to ship more; it's to ship something considered enough to stay on a home screen.
Pieces of one flow.
Each app is one node in the same flow — a stronger body, sharper training, a calmer morning. The work earns its place when it makes a real day better.
Log.
Share cards for today’s question, your challenge score, a Tennis IQ session, a cleared wall rung or your week — one tap, one clean card. A weekly recap every Sunday with the one thing to work on next. A Playbook of eight two- and three-shot patterns drawn on the court, one a day; mark one for your next match and the journal asks how it went. And a match plan: four taps about your opponent, one page of what to do.
Spotter is now Spotter: Powerlifting Coach, and the first form check costs nothing — no trial, nothing to cancel. Record a set and watch it back: tap a rep and the video jumps to the frame that was scored. Clips stay on your phone, out of your backups. And every lift goes hands-free: say “eight done” to log the ones the camera does not score, with speech recognised on the device and no audio stored.
Share a ten-second clip of a forehand, backhand, serve or volley with a friend link. Each friend says what they see — footwork, technique or the decision, and the exact moment — and you get every view side by side. Pin one clip to your profile for a 1–10 score only you see. Up Next on Home, and the app now speaks German and Japanese.
Press start and a voice sets up each movement, counts you into the work, and calls the rest — over your own music, which dips while he speaks. The home screen is one button: what today is, and how to begin it. And every movement of the eight-week programme now has a film, with the line, the depth and the angle drawn on top; download the ones you want and they work with no signal.
Make your account public and your pages show up for people you do not know yet; the ones people made the most for float up. Search people, or search what pages say. Choose who sees your pages — people you accept, everyone with only followers drawing, or everyone. A reminder in your own words, one drawing per person on a page, follower counts, and scanning a friend’s code in the app. Instagram Story and Reel come first when you share.
A quick note now starts from the Action button, the Lock Screen, Control Center or Siri — without opening the app, even locked — and a second press saves it. Notes get their own tab, a title, a kind and tags, and on request are read together. The volume buttons were the first idea; iOS lets no app listen to them, so the Action button it is.
One letter a month. No noise.
When a project ships, a TestFlight opens, or a research note is worth sharing — I'll send it. That's the whole list.
