These terms are between you and Samosfi Studio (Can Ayan), Dublin, Ireland, the maker of Morning Voice. Using the app means agreeing to them. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older.
What the app is
Morning Voice is an alarm that records what you say when you wake up, and the quick notes you start whenever something comes to mind. It turns them into text and, if you allow it, has an AI write a page about each morning, a story about your week, a reading of your month, and a tidy title and tags for each note. What the AI writes can be wrong or incomplete. It is a journal, not advice: nothing in it is medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
The alarm depends on the permissions you give and on iOS. We do our best to make it ring, but we cannot promise it always will; do not rely on it alone when missing a time would cause harm.
Premium
- Premium writes the daily pages, the weekly stories and the monthly readings, and reads your quick notes together ("Sort them out"). Your first try and your first morning are written free. The alarm, the recording, the transcript and the quick notes themselves are free.
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, yearly or monthly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it.
- Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Friends: the community rules
Friends is optional and for people you know. What they see from you is your name, your handle, your emoji, and one line a morning with an emoji and a mood colour. Creating a profile means agreeing to these rules, and there is no tolerance for breaking them.
Your invite link is your own: whoever opens it in the app becomes your friend at once, with no request to accept, so send it to people you know. A morning you share outside the app with "Share this morning" goes wherever you send it, and the same rules apply to it.
Not allowed, in your name, handle and emoji as much as anywhere else:
- harassment, bullying or threats;
- hate, slurs, or attacks on anyone for who they are;
- sexual content;
- pretending to be someone else;
- spam, or anything illegal.
Every line and every person has Report and Block. Blocking is immediate and silent: they stop seeing you and cannot find or ask you again. A person reads every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account behind it is removed from Friends.
Your content
Your recordings, your words and the pages written from them are yours. You allow us to process them only as needed to run the app as described in the privacy policy.
Ending, and changes
You can stop using Morning Voice and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend Friends for anyone who breaks the rules above. If these terms change in a way that matters, the app or this page will say so, and the date at the top changes with it.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by an alarm that did not ring or a page that was wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without taking away the protection of the laws of the country you live in.

Kullanım Koşulları
Son güncelleme 22 Ekim 2026.
Bu koşullar seninle Morning Voice'u yapan Samosfi Studio (Can Ayan), Dublin, İrlanda arasındadır. Uygulamayı kullanmak bunları kabul etmek demektir. Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; bu koşullar ona eklenir.
Kimler kullanabilir
18 yaşında ya da daha büyük olmalısın.
Uygulama nedir
- taciz, zorbalık ya da tehdit;
- nefret söylemi, hakaret ya da birine kimliği yüzünden saldırmak;
- cinsel içerik;
- başkası gibi davranmak;
Morning Voice'u istediğin an bırakabilir, verilerini Ayarlar'dan silebilirsin.
